Cooking Instructions:
Due to steaks natural variance in thickness, the cooking instructions provided are a guideline. All appliances vary. Remove from fridge 20 minutes before cooking. Remove all packaging. Booths recommend that all meat is thoroughly cooked.
Oven Cook: Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Preheat a non-stick frying pan. Brush steak with oil and season to taste. Fry over a moderate heat for 2 minutes each side, transfer to oven and cook as per instructions below. Rare 5 minutes, Medium 8 minutes, Well done 10 minutes.
