Cooking Instructions: Due to steaks natural variance in thickness, the cooking instructions provided are a guideline. All appliances vary. Remove from fridge 20 minutes before cooking. Remove all packaging. Booths recommend that all meat is thoroughly cooked. Oven: Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Preheat a non-stick frying pan. Brush steak with oil and season to taste. Fry over a moderate heat for 2 minutes each side, transfer to oven and cook as per instructions below. Rare 7 1/2 minutes, Medium 10 minutes, Well done 17 minutes. Shallow Fry: Preheat a non-stick frying pan. Brush steak with oil and season to taste. Fry over a medium - high and cook as per instructions below. Rare 7 minutes each side, Medium 8 1/2 minutes each side, Well done 9 1/2 minutes each side.
Raw or Cooked: Raw
Storage Conditions: Keep Refrigerated. Once opened use within 24 hours, consume within the use by date. To thaw remove from freezer and place in a refrigerator for approximately 24 hours. Do not re-freeze once thawed. Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and use within 1 month.
