Step 2 - Check availability
Our website displays the earliest date each item can be collected. Some items have limited availability and are therefore only available on certain date ranges. All of this information and more is displayed in full on the product page.
If your order contains several items with contrasting availability, the available collection date(s) available to you will be calculated and visible on the basket page.
Step 3 - Place your order
On the checkout page, choose your preferred Booths store, a collection date and a timeslot in which to collect your order. All collection dates and timeslots are subject to demand at peak times.
Pay a £20 non-refundable deposit to secure your order and then pay the remaining balance in store on collection.
Once your order is placed, we’ll send you a confirmation email containing your order reference. We will also send a reminder the day prior to your collection date.
Step 4 - Collect your order
Upon arrival at store, please speak to a member of our team who will direct you to the collection point. Please ensure you have a copy of your order reference or proof of identification. This will help us locate your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Once your order has been collected, you must proceed to the till to pay the remaining balance. Feel free to pick up other items as part of your standard grocery shop if required.
