Do you offer a home delivery service?

We currently only offer a click and collect service on our Food to Order website.

In order to satisfy customers with the quality and service they rightly expect from Booths, we have taken the difficult decision to not offer nationwide delivery for Christmas 2019.

There are a number of reasons for this. Christmas Eve and Christmas Day fall early in the week, making it difficult for suppliers to arrange delivery over the weekend. Booths suppliers are, by nature, small independent businesses and Christmas is their most important and demanding time of the year.  To compound this challenge, the cost of couriering goods during the weekend prior to Christmas has escalated sharply, making home delivery uneconomic for 2019.  

We do have a limited range of Booths brand products available for home delivery on Amazon Fresh. And, we also offer a delivery service on our hampers range which can be located on our sister website here.

How do I order a Booths hamper?

Can I place one order for collection on two different dates?

All of the products you order will be prepared and collated into one order for collection on a specifc date.

For example, if you wished to order products for collection on the 24th Dec (Christmas) and on the 30th Dec (New Year). You would need to place two seperate orders and pay a £20 non-refundable deposit for each order. 

Can I use my gift voucher on the website?

Currently we're not able to accept gift vouchers on our Food to Order website.

How accurate are your serving suggestions?

Suggested servings are intended as a guide only to help you choose the required size.

Do you take telephone orders?

If you require assistance placing your order, call our Customer Service team on 0800 221 8086 and they will happily place the order on your behalf.

Can I place my order in store?

Simply complete the perforated order form located in one of our leaflets or books and present it to a member of staff at the designated order point in store. 

Can I pay for my order upfront?

We request a £20 non-refundable deposit to place an order. The balance is then payable in store on collection. We do not currently offer the option to pay in full when placing your order.

Is there a minimum order value?

The minimum order value for each order is £20.

Can I place an order without an email address?

Our Food to Order website requires all customers to have a valid email address.  However you can call our customer care team and they will happily place the order on your behalf with no requirement for an email address.

Can I amend my order?

If you wish to amend your order for any reason, please feel free to call our Customer Service team on 0800 221 8086 or submit a form on the contact us page.

We will endevour to complete any request as quickly as possible, however in some cases it may not always be possible to do so, i.e. the order has already been processed, there are no timeslots remaining, etc.
