Do you offer a home delivery service?
We currently do not offer a home delivery service on our Food to Order range.
We have a limited range of Booths brand products available for home delivery on Amazon Fresh.
How do I order Booths Gift Vouchers?
Gift vouchers can be purchased in store, online at gifts.booths.co.uk or by calling the customer care team on 0370 774 9506 (opening hours Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm).
Can I use my gift voucher on the website?
Currently we're not able to accept gift vouchers on our Food to Order website. Gift vouchers can however be used when you are collecting your order in store.
How accurate are your serving suggestions?
Suggested servings are intended as a guide only to help you choose the required size.
Where can I find more information about the products?
All information about our Food to Order products can be found on the product page. This includes ingredients, allergens and cooking instructions. If you require any further information, please contact our customer care team on 0370 774 9506 and they will gladly assist you. Opening hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm.
Can I amend my order?
If you wish to amend your order for any reason, please contact our Customer Care team on 0370 774 9506 or submit a form on the contact us page. You can also email webfeedback@booths.co.uk giving details of your order number and the change that you would like to make.
We will endeavour to complete any request as quickly as possible. however in some cases, it may not always be possible to amend your order i.e.the order has already been processed, the items are out of stock or there are no timeslots remaining.
Do you take telephone orders?
If you require assistance placing your order, call our Customer Care team on 0370 774 9506 and they will happily place the order on your behalf. Opening hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm.
Can I pay for my order upfront?
We request a £20 non-refundable deposit to place an order. Any remaining balance is then payable in store on collection. We do not currently offer the option to pay in full when placing your order.
Is there a minimum order value?
The minimum order value for each order is £20 and there is a £20 non-refundable deposit payable for each order placed.
Can I place an order without an email address?
Our Food to Order website requires all customers to have a valid email address. However you can call our customer care team and they will happily place the order on your behalf with no requirement for an email address.
How much shelf life will my products have?
We guarantee that your products will have a minimum 2 days 'best before' shelf life - in many cases this will be longer. Please note that sandwich platter shelf life is dependent on the date of ordering - please see the product page for more information.
