Preparation & Use
Cooking Instructions:
Oven: All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove from fridge 20 minutes before cooking. Remove all packaging. Preheat oven to 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas Mark 5. Place into a roasting tray in the middle of the oven and cook for 55 minutes per kg plus 45 minutes. If you prefer medium or rare, reduce cooking time. Baste occasionally. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before carving. Booths recommend that all meat is thoroughly cooked.
