PREPARATION & USAGE
Preheat oven to 170C / Fan 150C / Gas Mark 3. Remove all outer packaging and set aside sauce sachet for later use. Allow product to stand at room temperature for 10 minutes. Place lamb into a roasting tin and cook on the middle shelf of a preheated oven for 2 hours 40 minutes, basting with cooking juices half way through cooking. Remove from the oven and leave to rest for 10 minutes before serving. Pour contents of sauce sachet into microwavable bowl, cover with cling film and heat on full power for 900w 1 minute 30 seconds, 800w 1 minute 40 seconds. Stir well before serving.
