Preparation & Use
Cooking Instructions:
Remove the Mutton from the fridge and allow to reach room temperature. Season the Mutton with Salt and Pepper on all sides. Roast for 20 minutes at 220°C (200°C fan),then turn the oven down to 160°C (140°C fan). Cook for 20 minutes per 450g. Rest the meat for 30 minutes covered on a warm plate.
