Cooking Instructions:
Best slow cooked / pot roasted. Pre heat oven to 140c. Season Mutton with salt & pepper. Place in a deep oven proof dish or roasting tin. Half cover with beef stock. (some chopped root vegatables can be added at this stage). Cook in the oven for three to four hours until very tender.
