Cooking Instructions:
Pre heat oven to 180°C. Place Pork Fillet on a baking tray, rub with cooking oil and season with Salt & Pepper. Place in oven and cook for 30 to 40 minutes. Check that the pork is fully cooked into the centre of the fillet. Let the pork rest for 15 minutes before carving.
