Suffolk Salami with Red Wine & Peppercorns:  Pork, Salt, Spice, Spice Extract, Dextrose, Red Wine (Preservatives: SULPHUR DIOXIDE, POTASSIUM METABISULPHITE), Garlic Powder, Mixed Peppercorns, Antioxidant: Sodium Ascorbate, Preservative: Sodium Nirtite.  Made from 155g of pork per 100g of finished product.

Ardennes Pate:  42% Pork Liver, Chicken Fat, 21% Chicken Meat, Potato Starch, Salt, Emulsifier (E472c), Antioxidant (E301, E326), MILK Protein, Onions, Dextrose, Tomatoes, Spices, Yeast Extract, Rice Flour, Preservative (E250, E261). May also contain traces of NUTS (WALNUTS, HAZELNUTS)

Mushroom Pate:  30% Pork Liver, Chicken Fat, 17% Chicken Meat, 8% Mushrooms (Agaricus Bisporus), Water, Salt, Rice Flour, Antioxidant (E301, E326), Emulsifier (E472c), Onions, MILK Protein, Spices, Flavourings, Dextrose, Tomatoes, Stabilisers (E450, E452), Yeast Extract, Preservative (E250, E261).  May also contain traces of NUTS (WALNUTS, HAZELNUTS).
