A handmade, generously filled, sausagemeat log made from lean, premium cuts of outstanding rare breed pork, wrapped in a thin, rich brown, crispy puff pastry and decorated with brown and golden linseeds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds and pastry leaves and tendrils.

Filling contains: Free Range English Pork 70%, Rusk (WHEAT Flour, Water, Salt, Raising Agent: Ammonium Bicarbonate), Seasoning: Rice flour, Dextrose, Vegetable fibre, Sugar, Paprika, Potato Starch, Dextrose, Salt, Yeast Extract, Spices: White Pepper, Coriander, Nutmeg, Sage, Emulsifier: Sodium Triphosphate, Preservative: Sodium Sulphite.

Cooking Instructions:

The product can be served hot or cold. To heat, place product out of its wrapper on a clean and lined bake sheet in a prewarmed oven at 180°C and cook for approximately 20 minutes or until piping hot throughout.

Overcooking can dry out this product and ovens may vary so please monitor your product during heating.  Once reheated, we recommend that the product be consumed well within 4 hours, and disposed of if not entirely consumed.

Storage Conditions: Keep refrigerated. The product is cooked and ready to eat, but may be frozen at > -18°C for up to six months, and should then be thoroughly defrosted in a fridge set to 4°C. It can then be reheated once defrosted and out of its wrapper, on a clean and lined bake sheet in a prewarmed oven at 180°C and cooked for approximately 20 minutes - or until piping hot throughout.
