Preparation & Use
Cooking Instructions: All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging. Oven: Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven. Cooke for 16-18 minutes, turn halfway through cooking. Grill: Preheat grill to a moderate heat. Cook for 8-10 minutes turning regularly. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving and the juices run clear. Booths recommend that all meat products are thoroughly cooked.

Storage Conditions: Keep refrigerated and store at the bottom of the refrigerator. Once opened consume within 1 day and within the use by date. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. To thaw, remove from freezer and place in a refrigerator for approximately 24 hours. Do not re-freeze once thawed.
