Cooking Instructions:
All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging. Oven: preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180ºC / Gas Mark 6. Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven. Cook for 16-18 minutes, turn halfway through cooking. Grill: preheat grill to a moderate heat. Cook for 8-10 minutes turning regularly. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving and the juices run clear. Booths recommend that all meat products are thoroughly cooked.
