All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging. For a 250g serving, heat 1 tablespoon (15ml) of oil in a frying pan. Coat meat in seasoned flour, fry until lightly browned. Add 250ml of stock of your choice, cover and simmer for 1¾ - 2 hours, add more stock if required. Keep refrigerated and store at the bottom of the refrigerator. Once opened consume within 1 day and within the use by date. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. To thaw, remove from freezer and place in a refrigerator for approximately 24 hours. Do not re-freeze once thawed.
