Our Cumberland sausages are made with British pork and seasoned with plenty of black pepper and a touch of sage and spices for a well balanced flavour. Perfect as part of your Great Northern Breakfast.

Oven: Pre-heat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Separate the sausages so they are in one layer and place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven. Cook for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time.
Grill: Pre-heat grill to a moderate heat. Separate the sausages so they are in one layer and place under the grill. Cook for 18-20 minutes, turning occasionally.

Storage Conditions: Keep refrigerated. Once opened use within 24 hours, consume within the use by date. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and use within 1 month. to thaw, remove from freezer and place in a refrigerator for approximately 24 hours. Do not refreeze once thawed.
