Preparation & Use

Cooking Instructions:

Oven: All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging. Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Place joint on a baking tray in the middle of the oven and cook for:

Rare 20 minutes per 500g + 20 minutes

Medium 25 minutes per 500g + 25 minutes

Well Done 30 minutes per 500g + 30 minutes

Remove bay leaf before serving. Booths recommend that all meat products are thoroughly cooked.
