Cooking Instructions:

Oven: All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging. Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Place joint on a baking tray in the middle of the oven and cook for:

Rare 25-30 minutes

Medium 35-40 minutes

Well Done 50-55 minutes

Cover with foil and allow to rest for 10 minutes before carving.
