Preparation & Use

Cooking Instructions: Remove from packaging, pat dry and bring to room temperature. Pre heat a griddle or heavy based frying pan until it sizzles when you add a drop of oil. Season the Beef with Salt & Pepper and rub with cooking oil. Sear the Beef on all sides then reduce the heat to medium. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes whilst basting with melted butter. Pop the Beef into a pre heated oven (180°C) until cooked to your preferred level.
