Born out of love for creating beautiful, handcrafted bakery products, Studio Bakery was established by Allison Metcalf in 2017. With a taste for working in the food industry for over 20 years, Allison started the business from a studio in her very own back garden, situated in the heart of Lancashire. Using only the best quality, naturally sourced ingredients, Allison began hand-making deliciously inventive, sweet treats for all occasions.
Within just four weeks of starting life in the studio, Allison’s cakes, bakes and other tempting treats became an instant hit, prompting Allison to move the business into a larger, eco-friendly factory named ‘The Cow Shed.’ Now, the Forest of Bowland provides a beautiful, rural backdrop for Studio Bakery, where Allison and her team bake a whole host of goodies for Booths all year round. While no Christmas round-up is complete without a dose of toothsome treats, Studio Bakery has once again served up some undeniably delicious bakes to make your Christmas even sweeter.
