Please note, Garstang’s collection point opens at 7.30am on the 22nd and 23rd December. Longton, Burscough and Barrowford collection points open at 8am.

Store collection orders are subject to a £20 minimum order value and a £20 non-refundable deposit. Your deposit can be paid online or at the order point in store dependent on where your order is placed. The remainder is paid in store on collection.

At checkout you will be presented with a range of available dates and 30 minute time-slots. Due to the limited availability of each time slot, it may not be possible to change this after selection.

Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a unique order number. Upon arrival at your chosen store, you will be directed to the order collection point. Please ensure that you have a copy of your order confirmation email as proof of purchase (either printed or on your phone). This will help us locate your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We’re happy for someone else to collect your order, but to prevent fraud the person you’ve nominated must either present your order number or answer some relevant questions relating to your order.

We will only hand over orders containing alcohol to persons aged 18 years or over. Booths operate a Think 25 policy.

Home delivery orders are subject to a £50 minimum order value. Orders over £150 qualify for free delivery. All orders are payable in full on order placement.



XDP is our partner carrier company. One of their drivers will attempt to deliver your order on your chosen delivery day of the 22nd, 23rd, 29th and / or 30th December.

XDP will send a free SMS text message notification on the morning of delivery. The customer may rearrange delivery for a more convenient day if required by following their instructions. In such circumstances Booths is not liable for any claims as a result of rearranged delivery.

On the morning of despatch XDP will send a second free SMS text message confirming despatch with an ETA three hour delivery window. Recipients can then contact the delivery depot if you choose to amend your delivery day. Details will be on the SMS message.


You should check your order in full promptly on delivery. If your delivery is incomplete or includes products that you have not ordered, you must notify Booths Customer Care Department promptly. We will not charge you for any products that you have not received or that you did not order.


Your home delivery order will be assembled at our own distribution site in Preston and delivered in specially designed, recyclable and/or reusable boxes along with pre-cooled hydrated gel ice packs that maintain the appropriate temperature.

Our top quality insulated temperate controlled boxes are made from a highly reflective foil that reflects 97% radiant heat. Providing they are not opened, they will remain below 5°C for up to 48 hours so your food will stay perfectly cold. However we aim to deliver your products in less than 24 hours from despatch (Highlands excluded).


You can track your order by visiting the XDP website. Simply enter your consignment number or card reference number and postcode.

If you do not have a consignment number but would like an update on your delivery you can do so by contacting the depot number advised on your email or text alert from XDP.


When you place your order you have the option to write a special delivery instruction for the courier at checkout so that they know what to do if you are not available to receive your order. This is the easiest way to ensure you get your order on time. This may include leaving your order in a safe place or with a neighbour, providing it is not visible from the road and not exposed to weather conditions affecting the packaging.  Please note that this option is not available for orders containing age restricted products.


In the event that an incorrect delivery address is provided and your order is accepted by someone else, we cannot be responsible for any losses you may incur as a result, for example, theft, tampering, contamination or consumption.


If you’ve received a XDP calling card or a pre-delivery notification and you wish to re-arrange your delivery, you can do so by contacting the telephone number on the card or text message. Everything is explained on the card that will be left by the driver. Simply enter your card reference number from the top left corner on the back of the card along with the delivery postcode.

You can chose an alternative delivery date, arrange to collect from the Customer Collection Point at your nearest XDP depot (proof of ID required) or tell them to redeliver to a safe place on your property.


Booths deliver to UK mainland addresses only; we cannot deliver to BFPO or PO box addresses. We reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas. Postcode exclusions apply for the following regions:

  • Orkney Islands: KW15-KW17
  • Shetlands Islands: ZE1-ZE3
  • Outer Hebrides: HS1-HS9
  • Isle of Man: IM1-IM99
  • Isles of Scilly: TR21-TR25
  • Channel Islands: GY1-GY9, JE1-JE4
  • Western Isles: PA20, PA40-PA61, PH41-44, KA27-KA28
  • Inverness: IV41-IV56
  • Isle of Wight: PO30-41
  • Northern Ireland: BT1-BT94

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands may take up to 48 hours.
