Preparation & Use
Whole Chicken - Pre-heat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C. Place the chicken in a suitable roasting tin and season. Place in centre of a pre-heated oven and cook for 20 minutes per 500g PLUS an extra 20 minutes, basting occasionally. If breast browns too quickly, cover with foil. Ensure the chicken is thoroughly cooked and the juices run clear before consumption.
Lean Minced Beef - Heat a little oil in a pan until hot. Remove mince from packaging and add to pan. Brown the mince, stirring frequently for 4-6 minutes. Reduce heat to medium and continue until thoroughly cooked.
Diced Beef - Heat a little oil in a large pan until hot and brown the cubes for 2-3 minutes, turning occasionally. Transfer to a casserole dish. Oven Add your preferred vegetables and stock to casserole dish and cover. Place in the centre of pre-heated oven for 2 hours 30 minutes until tender.
Chicken Fillets - Oven Pre-heat oven to 180c. Place fillets on a baking tray, spread evenly and cover with tin foil. Place in the centre of the oven for 20 minutes. Remove tin foil, turn once and cook for further 15-20 minutes. Grill Pre-heat grill to medium heat. Brush fillets with a little oil and place under grill for 25-30 minutes. Turn once.
