Cooking Instructions:

Booths British Turkey Paupiettes with Sage & Onion Stuffing Min 460g - Preheat oven to 190ºC / Fan 170ºC / Gas Mark 5. Remove all packaging. Wash hands after handling raw poultry. Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven and cook for 40 minutes.  Ensure the food is piping hot throughout before serving and the juices run clear. Booths recommend all meat products are thoroughly cooked.

Booths Honey Roast Parsnips 400g - Cooking instructions are only a guideline and cooking times may vary.  Remove all packaging prior to cooking. Ensure food is piping hot throughout prior to serving.  Oven Cook 190°C / 375°F / Gas Mark 5.  Spread parsnips evenly on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through.  Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.

Booths Carrot, Swede & Parsnip Crush 400g - All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.  Oven Cook:  Remove outer packaging. Pierce film lid, place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven 190°C / 375°F / Gas Mark 5 for 20-25 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes prior to serving. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.   Microwave: Remove all outer packaging. Pierce film lid, place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power 700W: 6 minutes 800W: 5 minutes 900W: 4½ minutes.  Allow to stand for 2 minutes prior to serving. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.

Booths Brussels Sprouts & Smoked Pancetta 350g - All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove film lid. Place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven 200⁰C / Fan 180⁰C / Gas Mark 6 for 20 to 25 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes and ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.

Mash Direct Roast Potatoes 400g - Oven Cook 200°C / 400°F / Gas Mark 6.  Chilled: Spread potatoes evenly on a baking tray in a pre heated oven and cook for 25-30 minutes, turning potatoes halfway through cooking times. Frozen: Spread potatoes evenly on a baking tray in a pre heated oven and cook for 30-35 minutes, turning potatoes halfway through cooking times.  Airfryer 200°C Chilled: Deposit potatoes straight into the airfryer and cook for 18-20 minutes, shaking halfway through. Frozen: Deposit potatoes straight into the airfryer and cook for 23-25 minutes, shaking halfway through.

TRUEfoods Turkey Gravy 250g - Hob: Empty contents into a saucepan. Place over a moderate heat for approximately 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Heat until piping hot. Serve immediately.  Microwave: Transfer contents to a microwaveable container and cover loosely. Cook on high for 3 minutes, stirring halfway through. Ensure gravy is piping hot. Serve immediately. Caution! Take care when removing hot liquids from a microwave.

Booths British Lakeland Pigs in Blankets 12 Pack - All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Oven: Pre-heat oven to 200ºC / Fan 180ºC / Gas Mark 6. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf and cook for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time. Booths recommend that all meat products are thoroughly cooked.
