It’s been 25 years since Maggie Topping first started selling her tasty, home-made pies from the family’s butchers’ shop in South Yorkshire, alongside husband Bill. Inspired by traditional recipes dating back to the Victorian and even Tudor times, Maggie’s pies proved an instant hit with customers.
Her talents and passion for home baking transformed the company, from a Butchers to a Bakers. Now, three generations later, the multi-award winning and internationally famous producer of speciality pork pies, hot eating pies and quiche are still handcrafted to the same original family recipes using quality, locally sourced ingredients and British Red Tractor farm-assured pork.
