Cooking Instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C. Place the chicken in a suitable roasting tin and season. Place in centre of a pre-heated oven and cook for 20 minutes per 500g PLUS an extra 20 minutes, basting occasionally. If breast browns too quickly, cover with foil. Ensure the chicken is thoroughly cooked and the juices run clear before consumption.
