Preparation & Use
Cooking Instructions:
Remove your meat at least 30 minutes prior to cooking. Preheat the oven to 170ºC. Pat the meat dry and season to your choice adding oil as required. Heat up a large frying pan on high heat. Place the meat in the pan and sear for 2-3 minutes either side. Place the seared meat onto a roasting dish and place in the centre of the oven and cook for 20-30 minutes depending on how rare or well done you like your steak. Remove from the oven, wrap in foil and rest for 15 minutes before serving.
