This raspberry and vanilla cake captures the essence of raspberry ripple ice cream.

Three layers of vanilla sponge cake are sandwiched with fruity raspberry jam and Studio Bakery's signature all-butter vanilla buttercream. This triple layer vanilla cake is covered with more of Studio Bakery's signature all-butter vanilla buttercream and delicately finished with buttercream rosettes, raspberry jam and freeze dried raspberry pieces.
