Preparation & Use
Pre-heat oven to 200â°C / Fan 180â°C / Gas Mark 6. Remove all outer packaging. Place the glaze sachet to one side. There is no need to soak the gammon. Create a cross with 2 pieces of foil and place the joint in the middle, fold up together over but not touching the gammon. Decorations can be left on for cooking. Place the roasting tray in the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 1 hr 20 min. Remove from the oven. Carefully remove the foil and strings. Add the orange glaze evenly on top of the gammon. Return to the oven for 15 minutes. Allow to rest prior to carving
