Preparation & Use
Cooking Instructions:
Oven: Soufflé is suitable for oven baking only. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. All appliances vary these are guidelines only. Oven (conventional sized). Pre-heat oven. Remove Soufflé from packaging and place upside down in a small ovenproof dish (approximately 14 cm diameter). Pour the contents of the cream pot over the souffle then crumble the contents of the cheese pot on top. Place dish on baking tray in the centre of the oven 200ºC / Fan 180ºC / Gas Mark 6 for 25 minutes (fan oven 20 minutes) or until soufflé has fully risen and started to brown on top. When cooking multiple Soufflés, ensure that each Soufflé is cooked in its own dish. Space individual dishes apart in the oven to allow air flow. Serving instructions: Soufflé is to be eaten directly from the ovenproof dish that it was cooked in. Warning: this will be extremely hot. Place ovenproof dish on to a serving plate.
