PREPARATION & USAGE
Pre-heat oven to 180C ; 350F ; Gas Mark 4. Remove all outer packaging and place in a roasting tin. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 30 minutes per 500g and then 30 minutes extra. Allow joint to rest in a warm place for 10-15 minutes before carving. Always check that the product is piping hot before serving.
