PREPARATION & USAGE
Pre-heat oven to 180C; 350F; Gas Mark 4. Remove all outer packaging. Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven. Cook for 2.5. There is no need to pre-soak the gammon joint. Allow to rest for 10-15 minutes before carving. Remove strings. Always check that the product piping hot before serving.
