PREPARATION & USAGE
Pre heat oven to 200C / Fan 180C / Gas Mark 6. To cook place joint in the centre of the oven and follow guidelines. Rare: 20 mins per 500g + 20 mins. Medium: 25 mins per 500g + 25 mins. Well Done: 30 mins per 500g + 30 mins
