PREPARATION & USAGE
OVEN Calculate the roasting time for your joint at 55 minutes per Kg plus 45 minutes. Preheat oven to 190C / 170C / Gas Mark 5. Remove all packaging and place into a roasting tin. Cook in the centre of the oven, basting occasionally. Allow meat to stand for 5 minutes before carving.
