Parsnipship
Founder Ben Moss established The Parsnipship in 2007 when he started cooking from home in the Vale of Glamorgan and selling at Riverside Farmer’s Market in Cardiff. Markets and Food & Music festivals were the main selling opportunities but now the company supplies food outlets across the UK. The company is composed of a dedicated team of 10 employees based in a large SALSA approved kitchen in Ogmore Vale, South Wales.
The Parsnipship makes unique and vibrant vegetarian & vegan products with vegetables and pulses at the front and centre. Their range includes versatile bakes and roasts using original recipes and clean labels, all of which are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients. Customers can warm the items up as part of a meal whilst some can also be eaten cold as food to go.
The company have a passion for product development and aim for sustainable business practices. Environmental concerns are central to their operation as they use renewable energy supplied by Ecotricity and aim to minimise their carbon footprint through packaging materials.
We are delighted to be a part of their growing, successful journey!
Flo said "It is fantastic for us to be supplying Booths as it gives us an amazing opportunity to introduce so many more people in the North West to the wonderful world of our vegetarian and vegan products - it's our mission to encourage everyone to include wholesome, healthy and hearty plant based foods in what they eat - everyday."
