Your haggis requires heating until piping hot. Do not reheat. If frozen defrost first before use. Consume within 24 hours of opening.
OVEN Remove printed packaging. Wrap the haggis tightly in 3 layers of foil; place in an oven-proof dish with about 2cm of water, top-up water halfway through heating if necessary. Heat at 160°C (Gas Mark 4) for 150 minutes in the centre of the oven. Remove casing and clips before serving. Do not reheat.
MICROWAVE (800W Category E) Remove printed packaging, inner skin and clips. Cut into pieces and place in a microwave dish. Cover and heat on ‘MEDIUM’ for 25 minutes, stirring once during cooking and once before serving. Microwave ovens vary; adjust times accordingly. Do not reheat.
Raw or Cooked:
Keep refrigerated. Suitable for home freezing if frozen on date of purchase and used within 6 months. Defrost thoroughly and consume within 24 hours.
