Creamy Lancashire is handmade slowly over 2 days using a mixture of curds. This is a mild cheese with a soft texture and tangy flavour. Superb for melting, making it ideal for cooking and cheese toasties.
Tasty Lancashire is a rich, smooth cheese with a delicious nutty taste and buttery texture. It’s made using the same traditional methods as Creamy Lancashire, but is left to mature longer to intensify the flavours.
Red Leicester is a traditional English hard cheese similar to cheddar but with a milder flavour and a reddish-orange appearance.
Double Gloucester is a full fat, semi-hard cheese made using ‘double’ milk from both the morning and evening milking’s. This mild and creamy cheese has been made in Gloucestershire the same way since the sixteenth century and is artificially coloured using beet juice, carrot juice and saffron.

Ravensoak Soft Goats Cheese is a creamy white, soft farmhouse cheese with a wonderfully subtle nutty and almond flavour. Locally produced at the foot of Beacon Fell in rural Lancashire on Wilson Fields Farm.
Blacksticks Blue Veined Cheese is a fantastic example of traditional blue mature cheese with a modern contemporary twist, made in Inglewhite, Lancashire. It’s perfect for those that find blue cheeses too strong and intense. A wonderfully mild soft cheese with a subtle tang and hints of spice, not too strong or mild. It melts very well and is beautiful as a topping on burgers and when stirred into mash.
