Preparation & Use
Cooking Instructions: Pork Loin Steaks - Heat a frying pan, griddle pan or BBQ to a medium temperature. Cook the Pork steaks for approximatley 7 minutes each side. Ensure the Pork is thoroughly cooked before consumption. Beef Rump Steaks - Remove the steaks from the fridge, pat dry and allow to reach room temperature. Pre heat a griddle pan or heavy based frying pan until it sizzles when you add a drop of cooking oil. Rub the steaks with cooking oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook on a high heat only turning the steak after a rich, golden crust has formed, then reduce to medium heat. Continue cooking, turning regulary until cooked to your liking. Leave to rest for 5 minutes in a warn place before carving. Beef Burgers - Grill, Fry or BBQ the Burgers, turning frequently until thoroughly cooked. Pork Sausages - Grill, Fry or BBQ the Sausages, turning frequently until thoroughly cooked. Chicken Legs - Oven Pre-heat oven to 180c. Place chicken on a baking tray, spread evenly and cover with tin foil. Place in the centre of the oven for 20 minutes. Remove tin foil, turn once and cook for further 15-20 minutes.  Grill or BBQ  Pre-heat to medium heat. Brush chicken with a little oil and cook for 25-30 minutes. Turn once. Ensure Chicken is thoroughly cooked before consumption. Pork & Apple Burgers - Grill, Fry or BBQ the Burgers, turning frequently until thoroughly cooked.
