Preparation & Use

Cooking Instructions: Open 20 minutes before cooking to allow the meat to breathe. Brown the meat in a pan with a little oil. Cook in the oven at 200°C for 15 minutes per 500g. Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
