Ready to Cook: Yes1. Pre-heat your oven to 180ºC Fan / 200ºC / Gas Mark 6.
2. Remove the cardboard sleeve and film lid.
3. Place your meal in the middle shelf of your oven. Cook for 40 - 45 minutes.
4. Ensure your food is piping hot throughout and allow it to stand for a couple of minutes before serving.
To Microwave: All appliances vary, this is for guidance only. Pierce film lid. Heat on full power for 4 minutes. Stir and heat for a further 3 to 4 minutes. Leave to stand for 2 minutes. Caution: steam may be released when removing the film lid.
