Preparation & Use
Cooking Instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 200°C / Gas Mark 6. Heat a frying pan over high heat and sear the venison on all sides for a good crust. Transfer to the pre-heated oven and roast for 15 - 20 minutes for medium/rare. Check the internal temperature which should read around 56°C. Once cooked remove from oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
