Preparation & Use

Cooking Instructions: Remove from bag but leave in the tray provided. Simply cover with a tin foil and cook in a preheated oven at 180°C / 160ºC / Gas Mark 5 for approximately 90 minutes, until the juices run clear. Remove from the oven and leave to rest before slicing.
