Preparation & Use

Cooking Instructions: Remove from bag and cover with tin foil and cook in a preheated oven at 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas Mark 5 for approximately 2 hours and 40 minutes, until juices run clear. Remove from an oven and leave to stand before slicing.
