This Signature Gin is a classic blend of botanicals, with a hint of blueberry.
The juniper, coriander, angelica, orris, liquorice and cassia provide the perfect base for the citrus notes of orange and lemon, to give a punch of flavour, which then turns into a smooth warm flavour on the palate from almond, blueberry and the slightest touch of mastiche.
Enjoy over ice with Mediterranean or aromatic tonic, garnish with orange peel and blueberries, or a wedge of lemon and a sprig of rosemary.
