Taste Tradition Beef Rib Eye Steaks
Thick Cut with plenty of marbling. The Rib Eye is cut from the inside of the rib of beef, with a robust beefy flavour and a seam of fat that keeps the steak moist as it cooks. Better when cooked to meduim and above as this breaks down the fibres. Our steaks are dry aged for a minimum of 28 days with Himalayan rock salt.
