Thick Cut with plenty of marbling. The Rib Eye is cut from the inside of the rib of beef, with a robust beefy flavour and a seam of fat that keeps the steak moist as it cooks. Better when cooked to meduim and above as this breaks down the fibres. Our steaks are dry aged for a minimum of 28 days with Himalayan rock salt.

Preparation & Use
Cooking Instructions:
Remove the steaks from the fridge, pat dry and allow to reach room temperature. Pre heat a griddle pan or heavy based frying pan until it sizzles when you add a drop of cooking oil. Rub the steaks with cooking oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook on a high heat only turning the steak after a rich, golden crust has formed, then reduce to medium heat. Continue cooking, turning regularly until cooked to your liking. Leave to rest for 5 minutes in a warn place before carving.
