Based in the historic Scottish town of Linlithgow, Findlater’s Fine Foods, founded by husband and wife Martin and Sara Henderson, is a family-run producer of handcrafted pâté known for its rich flavours and exceptional quality. What began in a small restaurant kitchen in 2004 has grown into one of the UK’s most respected names in artisan food, with a reputation built on traditional methods, small-batch production and the finest ingredients.
Findlater’s pâtés are made by a skilled team of cooks who take great care with every batch. Each recipe is created to achieve the perfect balance of flavour, texture and richness, whether it is their award-winning Chicken Liver Pâté with Brandy & Port, which holds a coveted 3-Star Great Taste Award, or their smooth and indulgent Mushroom Pâté, which has earned 2 Stars.
