Cooking Instructions: Calculate the roasting time for your joint at 55 minutes per kg plus 45 minutes. Preheat oven to190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas Mark 5. Place into a roasting tin. Cook in the centre of the oven, basting occasionally. Allow meat to stand for 10 minutes before carving.
