Cranberry Chaser In A Chocolate Glass

INGREDIENTS

300g chocolate of your choice

100ml triple sec

100ml tequila

100ml cranberry juice

2 limes, juice only

Ice

 

TO GARNISH 

4 slices lime

 

METHOD

  1. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie to the following temperatures and keep warm:
    Dark chocolate 32°
    Milk chocolate 30°C
    White chocolate 28°C
  2. Pour the melted chocolate into a shot glass mould and allow to set at room temperature for 30 minutes or in a freezer for 10 minutes.
  3. To make the cocktail, fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in the triple sec, tequila, cranberry juice and lime juice.
  4. Shake vigorously for 2 minutes then pour into the chocolate glasses.
  5. Garnish each shot with a slice of lime.
