Cooking Instructions:
Oven: Preheat oven to correct temperature: 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas Mark 4. Remove turkey from packaging, discard the crepe pad and remove giblets (these can be used to make gravy if desired). Season with salt and pepper and rub with a little oil, if desired. Leave out of the fridge to temper for 1 hour prior to cooking. Place turkey in a large deep ovenable tray and cover with foil. Cook for the required time based on the instructions provided on the label. Remove the foil 40 minutes before the end of cooking. Baste occasionally during cooking. Rest under foil for a minimum of 30 minutes prior to carving for the most succulent texture and flavour. Always check that the product is cooked throughout, and juices run clear with no pink colour remaining. Check food is piping hot and do not reheat once cooled.
