Preparation & Use
Cooking Instructions: Oven: Preheat oven 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas Mark 4. Empty meat and liquor into foil tray provided and loosely cover with foil. Place onto oven tray. Cook on middle shelf of oven for 1 hour 20 minutes. Remove foil for the final 20 minutes of cooking. Rest under foil for 15 - 20 minutes before serving. Always check that the product is cooked throughout and juices run clear with no pink colour remaining. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat.
