Preparation & Use
Cooking Instructions: Oven: Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 5. Empty meat and liquor into foil tray provided. Place onto oven tray. Cook on middle shelf of oven for 50 minutes. Remove from oven, pour over glaze and cook for further 10 minutes. Rest for 5 minutes before serving. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
