Certified organic turkeys reared on the Pembrokeshire coast in the National Park with the highest welfare standards. These organic birds roam freely and forage in meadows on the Capestone Farm. With a natural diet, no chemicals or additives, as well as their slow growth results in a juicier and more flavourful bird with a richer taste.

Preparation & Use
Cooking Instructions:
Oven: Preheat oven to correct temperature 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas Mark 4. Leave the crown out of the fridge to temper for 1 hour prior to cooking. Remove outer packaging and leave in foil tray, do not remove ovenable pad before cooking. Place turkey crown on a baking tray in the centre of the oven, season with salt and pepper if desired and cover with foil. Cook for the time shown on the price weight label, remove the foil 20 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Baste occasionally during cooking. Rest under foil for a minimum of 30 minutes. Always check that the product is cooked throughout and juices run clear with no pink colour remaining. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat.
