Blacksticks Blue - the smoothest, most creamy blue cheese around.  It packs just enough blue bite to keep those tastebuds tingling.

Trotter Hill - a rich Lancashire cheese with a golden hue and open texture that is buttery and tangy.

Rothbury Red - an authentic Red Leicester that is bright like the setting sun with outstanding flavours that are sweet and tangy with just a little nuttiness for balance.

Button Mill - a bright, unbelievably soft little cheese that has a truly unique rind and delicate flavours that make it dangerously moreish.

Kidderton Ash - a silky smooth goat's cheese made with milk from Butlers family herd.  Each cheese is coated and matured with ash for a distinctive finish that is furry and speckled.
