Cooking Instructions:

Booths Thick Cut Sirloin Steak 2 Pack 680g - All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Preheat oven to 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas Mark 7. Remove all packaging. Place in a roasting tray in the middle of the oven for 30 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6 and cook for a further 2½ hours. Remove from the oven and wrap in foil. Allow to rest for 30 minutes.  Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving and the juices run clear. Booths recommend that all meat products are thoroughly cooked.

Booths Tenderstem Broccoli & Asapragus with Minted Butter 250g - All appliances may vary, the following are guidelines only. Microwave - remove sleeve and pierce film lid, place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power as per instructions 700W 4½ minutes, 800W 3½ minutes, 900W 3 minutes.  Ensure food is piping hot throughout and allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. 

Booths Parmentier Potatoes 350g - All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.  Oven Preheat the oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Remove label and film lid and place in the middle of the oven for 45-55 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving.
