Cooking Instructions:

Booths Thick Cut Sirloin Steak 2 Pack 680g - Due to steaks natural variance in thickness, the cooking instructions provided are a guideline. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove from fridge 20 minutes before cooking. Remove all packaging. Booths recommend that all meat products are thoroughly cooked. Preheat a non-stick frying pan. Brush steak with oil and season to taste. Place fat side down to render for 1-2 minutes.  Fry over a medium - high heat and cook as per instructions:  Rare 6-8 minutes, Medium 8-10 minutes, Well done 12-14 minutes.  Turn steaks each minute, at the end of cooking remove from heat, wrap in tin foil and rest for 3-5 minutes.

Booths Tenderstem Broccoli & Asapragus with Minted Butter 250g - All appliances may vary, the following are guidelines only. Microwave - remove sleeve and pierce film lid, place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power as per instructions 700W 4½ minutes, 800W 3½ minutes, 900W 3 minutes.  Ensure food is piping hot throughout and allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. 

Booths Parmentier Potatoes 350g - All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.  Oven Preheat the oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Remove label and film lid and place in the middle of the oven for 45-55 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving.
